GRATITUDE

Dear Ones, 

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. There is something about the collectiveness of gratitude that brings me such joy. This time of year most of us begin to reflect on the year gone by. Searching each season to find the triumphs and celebrate those higher frequencies. In that search we must also find ourselves celebrating the lessons, the opportunities of growth in equal measure. 

The reason is, gratitude is not selective. We do not choose what is worthy of our gratitude but rather we find a new depth in which to see the beauty in everything, no matter how we judge it as “good” or “bad”.

 As we rise in our own energy- frequency and vibration, we are able to go into the depths of ancestral healing. A place of facing, acknowledging, releasing and integrating all of us as the whole being we truly are.
